The template for data processing agreements has been amended in one section: under โ8. Compensationโ, we now explain more clearly that we may charge an expense allowance if requests for information and cooperation exceed the legally required scope, particularly for free events. Previously, it sounded as though we would always charge for expenses, which is not the case. In addition, the readability of the agreement in German language has been slightly improved through more logical gender-neutral language.

DESIGN: If a minimum number of selected options (e.g. candidates) is required in a list vote and the required minimum has not yet been selected, votesUP now displays the โCast Voteโ button in red colour. Previously, this was only the case when too many options were selected.
FEATURE: During an ongoing vote, the organiser will be informed with a time estimate if high voting weights are expected to prolong the voting process.
SECURITY: For new events, the minimum password length for regular participants has been increased from 5 to 6 characters.
